Kecoh sangat sekarang pasal wife player bola sepak tu. Kerana mulut, abeh semua binasa. Tak nak la menghukum orang kan, tapi macam tak patut la. Pak cik tu dah macam pangkat ayah dia dah. Entahla, hal dia dengan Allah. Dengan pakcik tu sekali. Semoga dia diberi kesedaran. Dan semoga pakcik diberi kesabaran.

Daripada Abdullah bin ‘Amru bin al-‘As r.a., bahawa sesungguhnya Rasullullah SAW bersabda: “Sesungguhnya diantara dosa-dosa besar ialah seseorang itu melaknat (mencaci maki) kedua-dua orang tuanya (ibu bapanya),” lantas ditanyakan kepada baginda: “Wahai Rasulullah, bagaimanakah seseorang boleh melaknat (mencaci maki) ibu bapanya sendiri?”.
Lalu Rasulullah SAW menjawab: “Seseorang melaknat (mencaci maki) ibu atau bapa orang lain (kerana sebab-sebab tertentu), maka orang tersebut membalas cacian itu dengan mencaci maki (melaknat) ibu bapa yang mencacinya”.
Berdasarkan kepada hadis tersebut juga maka dapat disimpulkan bahawa Islam bukan sahaja menjadikan perbuatan menderhaka kepada ibu bapa sebagai dosa besar, malah perbuatan mencaci maki, laknat melaknat yang menbabitkan mereka juga dikategorikan sebagai dosa besar.
Caci maki ibu bapa orang lain, serupa mencaci ibu bapa sendiri. Sesorang mungkin tidak menyedari bahawa dengan mencaci maki ibu bapa orang lain juga dikira seolah-olah mencaci ibu bapa sendiri. Itu semua tidak sepatutnya berlaku di kalangan orang-orang yang mengaku beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat.

Introvert dan Jung

Ahh, aku ada buat Jung Personality Test. And surprisingly.........NOT, this is the result:

• The first criterion, Extraversion – Introversion, signifies the source and direction of a person’s energy expression. An extravert’s source and direction of energy expression is mainly in the external world, while an introvert has a source of energy mainly in their own internal world.
• The second criterion, Sensing – Intuition, represents the method by which someone perceives information. Sensing means that a person mainly believes information he or she receives directly from the external world. Intuition means that a person believes mainly information he or she receives from the internal or imaginative world.
• The third criterion, Thinking – Feeling, represents how a person processes information. Thinking means that a person makes a decision mainly through logic. Feeling means that, as a rule, he or she makes a decision based on emotion, i.e. based on what they feel they should do.
• The fourth criterion, Judging – Perceiving, reflects how a person implements the information he or she has processed. Judging means that a person organizes all of his life events and, as a rule, sticks to his plans. Perceiving means that he or she is inclined to improvise and explore alternative options.

Whoa... Macam betul je. Except for focused.

It's quite hard to focus on something, especially bila bercakap dengan orang. Mata merayap tempat lain tetiba terpandang sesuatu. "Eh, dia ni bulu hidung keluar, tak perasan ke?"

Sometimes, I tend to break the rules. Terus remove pendrive sebelum eject kat laptop.

Nope, I don't have any planner. Planner mahal kot. Wait. Not that planner?

See, I don't really prepare for this post. Or any other blog posts. Itu pasal semuanya macam banyak merapu. I'm not good in words. Verbally or orally. 

Introvert?

Situation: One-to-one with the Line Manager.
LM: Your productivity, your tasks, your roles - you did a very good job. However, there is only one thing I'd like to talk about.  Your teamwork.
NI: How is that a problem? We did everything correctly, without any major external error so far. How can my lack in teamwork affect the team?
LM: Don't get me wrong. I know that you always communicate with other members, but it is always work related. I hope to see you converse with other people about other topics as well - movies, current issues, jokes. And the people from other team as well.
NI: But you see, I do greet them. Just a simple "Hi" or "Hello".
LM: Yes, but please try to engage more into the conversation. You see how people always greet A whenever they come or pass by to our team?
NI: I don't know. If I don't have anything to say, I'll just keep on doing my own thing. That's just me. It's much more comfortable that way.
LM: Don't be shy. Just speak to them. Let people recognize you more. And when the company organizes the CSR program, or throw a dinner party, please make yourself available.
NI: No I am not shy. It's just I don't feel the need to talk with people when there is nothing good or useful to talk about. And I don't mind whether people will recognize me or not.
LM: It's important. Say if you get an interview from other department - and you have met the interviewer during CSR activity, that might help you A LOT. And one day, you yourself might become the Line Manager. Imagine how people will say "Izzati's team is no fun. It's boring" just because you always concentrate on your work and less conversation with other people. ============================== My last reply, "Okay, I'll try." Bagi aku, buang masa cakap benda ni. Malas nak panjangkan hal. Aku lebih senang kalau orang acknowledge aku solely based on my performance, daripada mengampu entahpape, last-last kerja semua kelaut. I don't know, but as a Line Manager, he should know how to deal with introvert people, instead of ask them NOT to become themselves. ....
